Making A Donation

Making a donation for Timor Leste through the BMETS is an excellent way to make sure that all of your donation goes directly to people in Timor Leste.

You can make a donation in these ways

Cash donations can be delivered to the Mountains Community Resource Network at the Old Council Building, Corner of Loftus and San Jose Avenue, Lawson or to one of our fundraising venues.

Cheques made payable to the Mountains Community Resource Network can be sent to MCRN, PO Box 152, Lawson 2783. Please note on the back of the cheque that it is for BMETS. Mountains Community Resource Network is our auspice organisation more info at the MCRN Website

Deposit directly into the bank account of Mountains Community Resource Network at the Bendigo Bank, Fountain Court, Bendigo, BSB: 633 108 Account:12205 8860. You can deposit via internet or telephone banking.

Note the National Bank is an agent of the Bendigo Bank and you can also make an over the counter deposit there.

BMETS now has tax deductibility on donations through our partnership with Apheda / Union Aid Abroad. This can be done by Creditcard or by monthly donations from your account or as a one off donation. Apheda charges a 5% administration few but otherwise all funds go directly to Timor Leste for projects.
